The Slovenian ISMN Agency was established in February 1999, and its administration has been carried out by the staff of the Cataloguing Department of the National and University Library in Ljubljana.
The ISMN Users' Manual was published and distributed in printed version to the music publishers; the electronic version can be found on the web.
